There are five medal events in badminton at the London Olympics. The highlight is expected to be the potential rematch of Beijing gold medalist Lin Dan of China and 2008 silver medalist Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia. In Beijing, with fifteen medals available, only four countries won medals – China, Malaysia, Korea and Indonesia.
