The women's U.S. Olympic ice hockey team will consist of 21 players from the current 23-player national team roster.
The 23-player men's team will be chosen from a designated pool of American-born NHL players.
A regular ice hockey game consists of three 20-minute periods with 15-minute intermission after the first and second periods. Teams change ends after each period.
