Truckee-born skier Stacey Cook considers herself a California girl at heart, as she loves the outdoors and recreation around the Lake Tahoe area.
The 24-year-old already boasts a competitive spirit, placing ninth in downhill, 16th in the super combined and 22nd in super-G at the 2009 World Cup.
Cook not only lives and trains in Mammoth, California, but she also spends much of her time helping young skiers pursue their dreams with the Stacey Cook/Sun Valley Ski Tools annual scholarship.
