Shaun Palmer

Shaun Palmer is one of the most recognizable names in snowboarding. Born in San Diego, Palmer now lives, at least part time, in South Lake Tahoe where he’s training for a chance to compete in Olympic snow cross this winter.

Palmer has won many awards and accolades throughout his career, highlighted by five X Games gold medals and ESPN’s 2001 action sport athlete of the year.

Now, at age 40, Palmer looks to add Olympic gold to his already stacked trophy shelf.
