    This past week and weekend has been jam-packed for the Spillanes and me. Jim left for Vancouver, so Sam and I filled in for him in the Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival. Jim and Nancy Spillane along with Jeanie and Dennis Lodwick were honored to be the Grand Marshals of the Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival: a festival that supports the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. If you haven't been, I suggest you check it out the next time you visit Steamboat. In five days it is fun packed with races, parades, the lighted man, and fireworks.
