Bobsled 101: Inside the 2018 Olympic venue

Bobsled, along with luge and skeleton, will be held at the Alpensia Sliding Centre in the PyeongChang Mountain Cluster. Venue construction began in 2013. It has 1,000 seats and room for an additional 6,000 standing fans.

Men and women compete on the same track. In PyeongChang, the course is about .85 miles (1,376.38m) with an average slope of 9.48%.
