Freeskier Grete Eliassen is attempting to compete in the first-ever slopestyle event at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
The 27-year-old most recently won bronze at the 2013 World Ski Championships, and is the proud owner of six Winter X Games medals.
It takes more than just training on snow to stay in the shape Eliassen's in, and achieve the body she has. It's her off-the-mountain conditioning that also keeps her in shape and prepares her for competitions. The Minnesota native spoke with TODAY to share to her workout routine and diet.
If you want to look like Eliassen, she recommends doing 300 abdominal exercises a day, mixing in sit-ups, planks and hip raises, which she does with no break!
