Meet Team USA: Badminton

Meet the badminton players who will represent Team USA at the 2016 Rio Olympics. 

USA Badminton announced its official team for the 2016 Rio Olympics on May 10. 

The following American badminton players will compete at the Games:

  • Howard Shu, men's singles
  • Iris Wang, women's singles
  • Sattawat Pongnairat and Phillip Chew (team), men's doubles
  • Eva Lee and Paula Lynn Obanana (team), women's doubles
  • Phillip Chew and Jamie Subandhi (team), mixed doubles
