Nick Goepper - slopestyle
Goepper, who hails from the "Mecca" of skiing, Lawrenceburg, Ind., is making his Olympic debut in the new slopestyle discipline. The 20-year-old earned his spot by winning the iON Mountain Championships in Breckenridge, Colo., and placing second at the U.S. Grand Prix event at Copper Mountain, also in Colorado.

Gus Kenworthy - slopestyle
Born in London, England, Gus Kenworthy moved to Telluride, Colo., and is now part of the U.S. Olympic freestyle skiing team, qualifying for the slopestyle event, debuting in Sochi. Kenworthy qualified for Sochi by coming in third at the Breckenridge Grand Prix and second at the final selection event in Park City.
