The reigning Olympic ice dancing champions from Vancouver look for a repeat performance in Sochi, squaring off against Americans Meryl Davis and Charlie White, their training partners and rivals. Virtue/Moir won gold at the 2012 World Championships, but lost to Davis/White this past year.

Team Canada: Kaitlin Weaver and Andrew Poje, ice dance
The ice dancing partners are seven-time Canadian medalists, and were second behind Virtue/Moir at Skate Canada in October. Weaver was born in Houston, but holds Canadian citizenship. The duo has finished in the top five at the World Championships the last three years, but is yet to crack the podium.

The pairs skaters captured gold at the Canadian National Championships in January for the third straight year after earning bronze at the World Championships in March of 2013.
