In June 2009, the 2010 U.S. Alpine Ski Team team was named. In September, one more skier, three-time Olympian Bode Miller, was added to the team.
Of the 31 skiers currently on either the A- or B-team, 18 are male. These 18 skiers are considered frontrunners for U.S. Olympic team consideration.

The 2010 Olympic Team, which will be selected primarily based on 2009-10 season results, will be named January 25.
The U.S. can have up to 20 participants for its men's and women's teams combined. Up to four skiers may compete in any one event.
