Curler Ann Swisshelm, pictured above (left) with Chrissy Haase was born in Middleton, Ohio. The 45-year-old curler competed at the 2002 Salt Lake Games and ended up with a fourth place finish after losing to Canada in the bronze medal match. Swisshelm clinched an Olympic berth at the 2014 U.S. Olympic Curling Trials after beating the 2010 Olympic squad led by Allison Pottinger.
