Allison Baver

Local Look

Like many in her sport, Reading native Allison Baver began her career as an inline skater and later made the move to short track speed skating. She made her first Olympic appearance in 2002 and later competed at the Torino Games in 2006. In addition to training, Allison has placed a high priority on education. She received a bachelor's degree from Penn State in marketing and management and went on to receive an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. While she pursues her third Olympics, she is living and training in Salt Lake City.
