Burlington native, Jimmy Cochran comes from a long line of skiers. His dad and three of his aunts were Olympic skiers while his grandfather was the coach of the U.S. ski team in 1974. In 1961, Cochran's grandfather founded Cochran's Ski Area located in Richmond, Vermont. Vancouver will be the second Olympics for this University of Vermont grad.
