Figure skater Rocke Brubaker was born in Missouri but attended Jacobs High School in Algonquin, Illinois. He got his start in skating when his older sister invited him to take lessons. Brubaker originally competed in both singles and pairs, but eventually gave up the singles competition. Since 2006, he's been paired with Keanu McLaughlin, with whom he is a two-time U.S. Champion. Brubaker says he would like to meet Lance Armstrong, who he thinks "is one of the best, if not the best, athletes to ever live."
