Zach Parise plays left wing for the New Jersey Devils, but was born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota. In 82 games with the Devils during the 2008-2009 season, the left wing scored 45 goals and racked up 49 assists. He was drafted by the Devils in the first round of the 2003 draft. Prior to his draft, he played for the Fighting Sioux at the University of North Dakota.
