Kimmie Meissner

Kimmie won hearts across the D.C.-Baltimore region when, as the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic team, she finished sixth in the 2006 Winter Games. She began skating at age six when her backyard froze, and she now holds the 2006 world champion title. Meissner supports the Cool Kids Campaign, which benefits pediatric oncology patients at Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland hospitals. She was born in Towson, Md. and calls Bel Air, Md. home.
