Up to 306 alpine skiers can compete at the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics.

Each country may send up to 22 athletes—11 men and 11 women—to the Games with a maximum of four athletes per gender in each discipline. For the U.S., results from Oct. 25 to Jan. 18 of the 2025–26 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup season serve as the primary basis for selection. Final roster decisions are made by U.S. Ski & Snowboard, the nation’s governing body for the sport, who will reveal the full team on Jan. 20.

Once all quota spots are allocated, each nation may nominate the specific athletes who will each spot using any method that nation chooses.
