Ariake Urban Sports Park

Part of the Tokyo Bay Zone cluster, the Ariake Urban Sports Park is a new venue located in the Ariake district of Tokyo's Koto City, along the waterfront and near the Athletes' Village and Big Sight, home to the IBC.

Mountain biking
Izu MTB Course

Located in Shizouka Prefecture's Izu City, the Izu MTB Course is an off-road course that opened in 2010 and measures 2.55 miles (4.1 kilometers) in length with elevations of up to 492 feet (150 meters). It's adjacent to the Izu Velodrome, which will host the track cycling events, and about 62 miles southwest of the Olympic Village in Tokyo.
The course has already been used for numerous Japanese national championships, and it hosted an Olympic test event in October 2019.
Sections of the course have been given names according to their different characteristics, including Amagigoe, Joren-no-taki, Hashi, Wasabi, Odorikohodo and Karesansui.
Mt. Fuji is within view on different parts of the course.

Road
Fuji International Speedway

Located in Tochigi Prefecture's Oyama, Fuji International Speedway serves as the finish for the 151.6- (244-) and 91.3-mile (147-kilometer) cycling road race courses, as well as the start and finish of the 27.5- (44.2-) and 13.7-mile (22.1-kilometer) time trial courses. The motorsport race track, which opened in 1965 and hosted Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix in 1976-77 and 2007-08, is situated in the foothills of Mount Fuji and is the closest circuit to the Greater Tokyo Area at 51 miles outside of the Olympic Village.

Musashinonomori Park

Part of the Heritage Zone cluster, Musashinonomori Park is a temporary cycling venue set up at a park surrounded by Musashino Forest, between Tokyo's Fuchu and Chofu cities. It will be used as the start line for the 151.6- (244-) and 91.3-mile (147-kilometer) cycling road race courses, before riders venture on through the Kanagawa, Yamanashi and Tochigi prefectures.

Track
Izu Velodrome

Located in Shizouka Prefecture's Izu City, the Izu Velodrome is an indoor venue about 61 miles southwest of the Olympic Village in Tokyo that features a 250-meter (820-foot) banked wooden cycling track. Established in 2011, it has hosted many domestic cycling competitions and served as a national training center.
