The Olympic season is starting to look like it belongs to Kaysha Love, after yet another podium finish for the U.S. bobsledder. Just a day after winning the women's monobob event at the IBSF World Cup in Innsbruck, she took silver in the 2-woman event, with a second heat that was just 7 hundredths of a second behind German Olympic champions Laura Nolte and Deborah Levi. Along with brakewoman Sylvia Hoffman, Love's total time of 1:47.92 bested the German team of Kim Kalicki and Leonie Fiebig.

"The start times are crucial for the end times, and with Debi [Levi] we always have great start times so I can relax in the sled," Nolte said after the race. "We didn't peak yet, so hopefully we will be even a little faster in February," Levi added, referencing their push for another Olympic gold.

Kaillie Humphries and Jasmine Jones landed just off the podium in 4th place, while Elana Meyers Taylor and her brakewoman Azaria Hill left Innsbruck with a 6th-place finish.

U.S. 4-man bobsled team Kristopher Horn, Carsten Vissering, Hunter Powell and Caleb Furnell posted a total time of 1:44.30 seconds for 8th place, with Frank del Duca and Geoffrey Gadbois' teams taking 25th and 26th places, respectively.

The podium saw regulars Germany's Francesco Friedrich and Johannes Lochner in the top-two spots, while Italy's team piloted by Patrick Baumgartner took 3rd.
