Through two sessions of play, Great Britain ended Day 2 of men's curling competition on Thursday as the only 2-0 lead.
Team GB sits alone atop the standings, with three teams - Canada, Italy, and Switzerland - close behind at 1-0.
Those four teams are the only ones going into Day 3 with records better than .500. Tied for fifth in the standings are Germany and Team USA, both sitting 1-1 through two games.
China, Czechia, and Norway are tied for 7th at 0-1.
The biggest surprise of the tournament so far is the team at the bottom of the standings. Sweden, the defending Olympic gold medalists and 2024 world championships, are 0-2 so far in Cortina.

On the women's side, Sweden's win over Team USA this afternoon made them the only 2-0 team. Anna Hasselborg's team stands at the top of the standings ahead of Canada, China, and Switzerland, all 1-0 through one day of play.
Denmark, South Korea, and Team USA are tied for fifth at 1-1. Great Britain (0-1) is eighth, and Italy and Japan are both 0-2 and tied for ninth.
