How many rowers are on Team USA for the Paris Olympics?
In Paris, the U.S. will field its largest Olympic rowing team in 12 years.
The U.S. qualified 12 (out of a possible 14) boats for the Paris Olympics. For some of the boats, a selection camp was held in March to determine who would fill them in Paris. For other boats, Olympic Trials were held in April to determine which rowers would fill them. In the case of the women's four and women's eight, a group of 13 rowers were named to the Olympic team, but it has not yet been decided who will be in which boat.
In total, 42 rowers will compete for Team USA in Paris.
