Every Olympics, we see several athletes morph into overnight celebrities.

Aerin Frankel is stepping to the podium of virality. And it's for the best reason.

The U.S. women's hockey goalie has an Instagram account dedicated to rating Caesar salads.

Yes, really.

Frankel's passion project came to the forefront this week, as a fan noticed her side hustle and sent a post out on social media.

"I'm sorry I just found out that the hockey goalie for Team USA has an Instagram account where all she does is rate Caesar Salads. I love my country so much sometimes," Justin wrote on X Tuesday night.

By early Wednesday afternoon, the post had gone viral and been viewed over a million times.

The official PWHL account responded with a GIF of Frankel:

The Boston Fleet, Frankel's PWHL team, also joined in on the fun:

Frankel posted an update on her food account from Italy, which included a bunch of non-Caesar salad content.

She appears to be a pretty easy grader, as nearly every score comes in at 8.0 or higher. That includes a Caesar salad on a hot dog that earned a 9 score — ironically, she said it would have been a 10 if she could add ketchup to it...

She also had a "12/10" Caesar salad in Halifax last month.

Frankel may be transforming into a star off the ice, but she's having a strong Winter Olympics on the ice, too. She combined with her USA teammates to hand Canada its first-ever Olympics shutout in the preliminary round Tuesday.

Frankel saved all 20 shots against Canada and has permitted only one goal in three games in the net.

Team USA is a perfect 4-0 and rolling into a semifinals showdown with Italy Friday at 3:10 p.m. ET.
