Men's Freestyle

Men's Greco-Roman

- Ildar Hafizov (60kg)
- Alejandro Sancho (67kg)

- G'Angelo Hancock (97kg)

Women's Freestyle

- Sarah Hildebrandt (50kg)
- Jacarra Winchester (53kg)
- Helen Maroulis (57kg)
- Kayla Miracle (62kg)
- Tamyra Mensah-Stock (68kg)
- Adeline Gray (76kg)

Three other wrestlers -- Jordan Oliver (men's freestyle, 65kg), Jesse Porter (Greco-Roman, 77kg) and Adam Coon (Greco-Roman, 130kg) -- were 2021 U.S. Olympic Team Trials winners, but still need to qualify the weight for Tokyo.
