All five figure skating events - men's, women's, pairs, ice dance and team events - will take place in the Milano Ice Skating Arena. The arena also will host all short track events.

For the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the Milano Ice Skating Arena will seat 9,700 spectators per event. When used for concerts and other sporting events, the arena can accommodate up to 15,800 spectators.

Since 1990, the Milano Ice Skating Arena has hosted many major events. Awarded the European Architecture Award for sports facilities by CONI and the Council of Europe in 1994, it has been home to Italy's most prominent basketball team, Olimpia Milano, as well as the venue for hockey and tennis tournaments, countless concerts and the 2018 World Figure Skating Championships.

The Milano Ice Skating Arena, located at Via Giuseppe di Vittorio, 6, Assago MI, is reachable by public transit, and is approximately 30 minutes from the center of Milan.
