American bobsledder Elana Meyers Taylor is set to compete in her fifth Olympic Games when she races at the 2026 Winter Olympics. A five-time Olympic medalist, Meyers Taylor is the most decorated Black Winter Olympian and has a chance to add to her tally of three silver and two bronze medals when she hits the track at Cortina Sliding Centre.
Meyers Taylor will compete in both the monobob and two-woman bobsled events at the 2026 Games. The Douglasville, Georgia, native is the reigning Olympic silver medalist in the monobob and took home Olympic bronze in the two-woman at Beijing 2022.
At Milan Cortina, she'll pair up with rookie and World Cup teammate Jadin O'Brien in the two-woman event. O'Brien is a former national champion pentathlete at Notre Dame and only began her bobsled career in August of 2025.
